Who needs Taco Tuesday, when there is Muffin Monday!

Say Hello to my Little - Muffins!

Muffin Monday. That is now a thing... 

Well it was today in my house. I had four pears that were going off so I decided to make 'Pear and Chocolate muffins'.

I had to great the overripe pears and in doing this one of the pears had gone bad. It was to late it was the last pear and it was in with the other grated pears... Damn could not use the pears.

Quick change of plan. Use grated apples instead. so grated 3 apples and placed that into the mixture. I was back on track, nearly everything was added - just apple sauce. Nope did not have that.

I decided the only thing that I had was orange juice... So in went a glugg of orange juice and the mixture was ready.

Even though I started with a great receipt that I thought I had all the stuff for I ended up improvising and hoping for the best.

Well, Muffin Monday was a success. I wonder what I will do for Wednesday!
