10 Things

My reading has become "10 things to do:

to make you
  • Slimmer
  • Smarter
  • Have tighter tummy
  • Have thinner thighs
  • Sleep better
  • Eat better
  • Better person

when
  • You get married
  • You get engaged
  • You get divorced
  • You older
I do not think if I did all of the things they say to do would I be 'Wonder Woman'. So these are the things that I am doing.

  • I am going to yoga :) 
  • I have started beginners Salsa lessons
  • I am walking with a friend
  • I have stopped having hot chocolates (this one is easy - because it is summer) 
I am not perfect but I am trying. Life is to short to do all the things that seem to thrown at us these days to be perfect. So I am going to do what makes me happy.

This is were I am doing yoga.
